  6. Total Approximate floor area in square metres or square feet
  7. Type of site/property - choose nearest property type/style
  8. Number of floors - floors to be surveyed
  9. Required delivery date - a reasonable date when you need the survey completed for
  10. Photos - if you have any photos of the property, please upload or email them to us
  11. Additional comments
